DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Feel free to add water to get your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy.

2. THE GREEN SMOOTHIE

This is a healthy, delicious smoothie that is amazing for you. This is packed with nutrients that are great for your cataracts and macular degeneration.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 peeled kiwi fruit
  • The juice of one lime
  • 2 cups of chopped kale

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Feel free to add water to get your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy.
